Aegis Legal are pleased to announce that we have received formal accreditation from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) was established in 1990 by a group of lawyers working on behalf of personal injury victims.
It is an independent, not for profit organisation providing accreditation to lawyers specialising in the area of personal injury law. This accreditation shows APIL lawyers have achieved a specific standard.
APIL provides a kitemark of competence and specialist expertise for solicitors dealing with personal injury claims. The criteria and scheme are monitored by an independent academic quality council.
In addition, as a recognition of their individual skills, competency and expertise, Ian Bevan has received accreditation as a “Senior Litigator”, whilst Aidan Wilcox, Rachel McKenna and Paul Lyons have received accreditation as "Litigators".
Aegis Legal is committed to abiding by the APIL Code of Conduct and the APIL Consumer Charter.
